As soon as an order is placed, if you are within Lagos, Nigeria, it will take between 2 to 5 days for delivery to be made. Please refer to Delivery Information for delivery schedules outside Lagos, Nigeria. 
 
While we promise to continuously work towards prompt and efficient delivery, some delays could arise. In the case of any, you will be called and duly notified.
 
Yes, you can get a refund — within 7 to 14 working days. There are conditions for this. Please refer to Refund Policy under our Terms of Use for these conditions.
Yes, products have warranties. Please refer to the Warranty Policy under our Terms of Use.
 
Yes. But this will not be free. If you choose to have TZW Hotel and Home Collection handle necessary installations, it will be calculated and added to the price of the product. 
 
No. Purchased products cannot be swapped for others. 
Yes, the products at our physical office — 351, Herbert Macaulay, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos — are available on our online store; and as more products are shipped into the physical store, the online store will be promptly updated. So you can find all you need at both at the physical and online store. 

The product prices as detailed online do not include delivery fee; but at the checkout point, after you have added all your orders to the cart, the price payable will include the delivery fee.

Our physical store at 351 Herbert Macaulay, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos, is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm. And from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
Our online store is always open and your order will be processed within 24 hours, and delivered within the timeframe specified in Delivery Information.
